Tovah Feldshuh and Lynne Meadow will be honored as 'Makers of Memories' by the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts this Thursday, January 27th. Daryl Roth is making introductory remarks, and Arnold Mittelman, President of the National Jewish Theater Foundation, is hosting.

NJTF and HTII in association with the New York Library for the Performing Arts, is honoring International Holocaust Remembrance Day, 1/27/2021, by showcasing the Laboratory for Global Performance and Politics original production of Remember This: The Lesson of Jan Karski, starring Oscar-Nominated actor David Strathairn. 

In honor of Sheldon Harnick's 96th birthday, Thursday, April 30, producer Arnold Mittelman and National Jewish Theater Foundation in conjunction with JAY Records are offering a free audio stream of the cast recording of the re-imagined The Rothschilds musical, aptly titled, Rothschild & Sons.

On Monday, April 22, 2019 at 7 pm, ALL ARTS, a new 24/7 arts and culture broadcast channel and streaming platform from WNET, will film a special performance of Jeff Cohen's The Soap Myth.

Rothschild & Sons, a musical by Broadway songwriting legends Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick (Fiddler on the Roof, She Loves Me) and Tony-nominated writer Sherman Yellen, directed by Jeffrey B.Moss, is the story of Mayer Rothschild, his wife and sons, who despite being trapped behind ghetto walls, dream of a day when they are no longer locked in or anyone like them locked out.

The Old Globe will participate in the National Jewish Theater Foundation - Holocaust Theater International Initiative - Remembrance Readings 2017 in Honor of Elie Wiesel.

Robert Cuccioli and Glory Crampton reunited at a special gathering for the official release of the new cast recording of the York Theatre Company production of Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick, and Sherman Yellen's musical Rothschild & Sons last night, July 25, at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue). The event featured appearances by cast members Mr. Cuccioli and Ms. Crampton, along with Sheldon Harnick, Sherman Yellen, Jeffrey B. Moss, and James Morgan, York's Producing Artistic Director. The Off-Broadway cast recording of the new Bock and Harnick musical, Rothschild & Sons, an intimate reimagining of the Tony nominated musical The Rothschilds, will be recorded and released by JAY Records.  Produced by John Yap, the recording will feature the original cast of The York Theatre Company production who will gather at The Avatar Studios on Monday, October 26, 2015 to lay down the tracks for the recording scheduled for release on JAY Records in early January.  Executive Producers are John Yap and Arnold Mittelman.
