Casting is now complete for the Lyceum premiere of the charming and hilarious comedy Souvenir, playing from August 18 - August 26. Souvenir will be directed by BRUCE LONGWORTH (At the Lyceum: The Immigrant, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Miracle Worker, Arsenic and Old Lace and The Importance of Being Earnest). The production features APRIL WOODALL as Florence Foster Jenkins, and PAUL HELM as her hapless accompanist, Cosme McMoon.

Award-winning singer and actress April Woodall (Souvenir, Reading Under the Influence, Gray Matters) is realizing a dream this March in Philadelphia. Woodall will star in the world premiere of Hearing John Denver's Voice, a cabaret exploring her multifaceted relationship with the music of John Denver, at L'Etage (624 S. 6th Street). The unique show will run March 20 and March 21, 2017 at 7:30PM each evening.

This new musical, In My Body, features lyrics by Michael Biello and music by Dan Martin with a book by Lis Kalogris, Kate Cipriano, and Melissa Hays. Through song and spoken word, movement and photography, In My Body reveals true-life physical and emotional body stories and challenges us to embrace who we are and open our hearts to others.

BORN FAT to Make New York Debut at MITF

After critically-acclaimed runs at the Philadelphia Fringe Festival and Connecticut's Seven Angels Theatre, Fat Kid Productions brings the funny and heartbreaking solo play, Born Fat, to New York City for three performances only. The 70-minute show by Jacques Lamarre, based on the real life weight struggles of Elizabeth Petruccione, will be featured as part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival. Starring MITF Best Actress-winner April Woodall (member, Actors Equity Association) and directed by Steve Raider-Ginsburg, the comedy will be performed at the WorkShop Theatre's Jewel Box space at 312 West 36 th Street, NYC.
