Mint Theater Company is presenting the New York Premiere of Garside’s Career by Harold Brighouse (Hobson’s Choice), directed by Matt Dickson, opening Thursday February 20th for a limited engagement through March 15th. See photos from the production.

Broadway says goodbye to three limited run productions. Romeo + Juliet takes its final bow at the Circle in the Square Theatre following 28 previews and 133 regular performances; Eureka Day will conclude its limited run at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre following 21 previews and 70 regular performances; and All In: Comedy About Love closes at the Hudson Theatre after 12 previews and 65 regular perfromances.

Red Bull Theater has announced that John Douglas Thompson will be presented with the Matador Award for Extraordinary Achievement in Classical Theater at the Running of the Red Bulls Gala Benefit.

A new record label, Joy Machine Records, has launched with a special focus on new musical theater projects and solo projects from new artists. The label is co-founded and run by Broadway music veterans Ian Kagey, Sonny Paladino, Brian Usifer and Will Van Dyke.
