This morning, Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan announced the nominations for the 2022 Academy Awards, which will be held this year on March 27th! Nominees includes Andrew Garfield, Ariana DeBose, Jessie Buckley, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Judi Dench, Steven Spielberg, Nicole Kidman, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Denzel Washington, and more.

Netflix has released a new video in tribute to Jonathan Larson on what would have been his 60th birthday. The video features footage from tick, tick...BOOM! which stars Andrew Garfield as Jonathan Larson. The video also features the film's stars, including Vanessa Hudgens, Alexndra Shipp, and Robin de Jesus, plus real footage of Larson himself.

Tick, Tick...Boom! has released the song 'Sextet Montage' playing in the film during the workshop of Superbia, in honor of Jonathan Larson’s 62nd birthday. The song features Gizel Jimenez and Joshua Henry.

She remembers a documentary she watched recently, because a dancer is asked the same question. 'She thought it was a weird question because it was like asking her why she breathes. She just does it. And I know what she means. I feel the same way about acting. It's always been a part of me. I just do it.'
