Today we're chatting with faculty from the University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts about how their program is adaptable to changing trends and how it pairs professional training with a traditional college experience. Syndergaard will play the character 'Thorbjorn,' a Viking warrior who is loyal to Ivar the Boneless, who he sees as a God on earth. Enderby Entertainment today announced that Academy Award-winning director Robert Port will write and direct the World War II action thriller PEACE, based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Richard Bausch. The film will star Alexander Ludwig and Sam Keeley and is being produced by Enderby's Rick Dugdale (AN ORDINARY MAN, INTRIGO TRILOGY) and by Richard Bullock. Maury Povich and Ludwig will serve as Executive Producers, which reunites Povich and Port after their Oscar-winning film Twin Towers. Principal photography is set to commence later this month in British Columbia.

HISTORY has ordered a 20 episode sixth season of the hit drama series VIKINGS, it was announced by Eli Lehrer, Executive Vice President of Programming, HISTORY. Additionally, series regular Katheryn Winnick is set to helm one episode in season six, marking her directorial debut. Production for season six is slated to begin this fall in Ireland.

BLACKWAY, which stars Anthony Hopkins, Julia Stiles, Alexander Ludwig, Ray Liotta & Hal Holbrook from director Daniel Alfredson is set to hit theaters & VOD on June 10th via Electric Entertainment, as their first new project under their new domestic distribution division.

On the next episode of History's VIKINGS titled "The Last Ship", the labors of the Vikings eventually bear fruit as, within sight of Paris, they re-launch their boats but this time along with some interesting structures that Floki has made.
