With less than a month until its Chicago premiere, OH HI JOHNNY's 'Tommy Wiseau' is taking in the sights of Chicago.

The new hit parody musical that's sure to tear you apart is coming to Chicago! OH HI, JOHNNY!- The 'Room-sical' Parody has announced its complete cast, with Ian Rigg starring as Tommy Wiseau.

Underscore Theatre Company is pleased to present its 5th annual CHICAGO MUSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL, created to showcase and support the growing field of musical theatre creators from Chicago and beyond. This year's Festival features full productions of nine new musicals plus two free readings.

Great Lakes Theater (GLT) will commence its 2018-19 season at the Hanna Theatre, Playhouse Square with a Fall Repertory that features the smash hit feel-good musical, Mamma Mia! and Jane Austen's classic romantic comedy, Pride and Prejudice. The productions will be performed in rotating repertory September 28 - November 11, 2018.

'Mamma Mia!,' now on stage at Great Lakes Theatre, as has been the case on Broadway and in its many local tour stops, is a thoroughly entertaining theatrical experience. The audience was on its feet for the extended curtain call, dancing, clapping, and singing.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame is not a typical Disney stage creation. It is a dark, brooding musical and probably not appropriate for children. While the first act is rather slow, the second act is strong. It is well worth seeing.
