Master Drawings New York, the premier U.S. drawings showcase, will take place from January 27 through February 3, 2024. The exhibition will feature exceptional and rare works on paper from the 15th to the 21st centuries, as well as paintings and sculpture. Don't miss this highly anticipated event!

Master Drawings New York (MDNY), the premier U.S. drawings showcase, announces programs for the 2024 fair, on view from January 27 through February 3 in more than two dozen galleries on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker and a creepy butler. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named 'Rocky.' Audiences are asked to be masked for the show as well as provide proof of vaccination or negative Covid test prior to entry. The Rocky Horror Show is 90 minutes with no intermission and returns to the Garden Theater, 1187 North High St., Columbus, Ohio from Oct 15-31, 2021. For the second time in a year, the Short North Stage is bringing Mel Brooks' comedic musical YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN back to life. The musical opened Oct. 7 and will run through Nov. 7 at the Garden Theater (1187 North High Street in downtown Columbus).

The world premiere of the 90-minute musical can be viewed online between Dec. 10-27 by making a donation on ShortNorthStage.org.

Haven't heard of it? That's not too surprising. It lasted a little over a month and closed on Broadway after 49 performances. Undaunted, he writes the first act for another musical, ALL-AMERICAN five years later. It also flops, closing on Broadway after 80 performances.

The Butterfly Guild - formerly Pleasure Guild of Nationwide Children's Hospital presented Disney's The Little Mermaid February 22-24th, 2019. This is their annual broadway-style production at the historic Palace Theatre in downtown Columbus. All of the proceeds raised goes to support Nationwide Children's Hospital Hospice and Palliative Care Program.

A massive sea of bubbles took to the sky above Hollywood for ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!,' Concert Series October 2, 2018, as Bubbleworks created a one of a kind bubble spectacle for the show's outdoor stage and musical guest Kacey Musgraves.

Bubbleworks filled Central Park with a larger than life bubble spectacular for the Backstreet Boys performance on Good Morning America's 'Summer Concert Series,' which aired July 13, 2018 on ABC. The perfectly timed bubble effect thrilled the live audience as millions watched at home.

Snippets of commercials and bygone television shows played throughout the thirty minutes prior to curtain. Cast upon draperies, the images were often distorted, seemed to be surrounding what a televised family life should be - all before ending with scenes from the day when President Kennedy was assassinated. The distortion of an idyllic family life followed by a day that will remain forever etched in the minds of Americans is fitting for a family that cannot see beyond their own familial unit.

In its sixth year, InnovationErie announced the top four finalists who will move forward to the next round of competition to contend for over $30,000 in cash and assistance prizes. This is the second round of elimination, after fourteen semi-finalists exhibited their original designs at the Erie Art Museum this summer. The four finalists will present their product designs and media arts concepts to an independent panel of judges. The top finalists include Chuck Kownacki's 'Barefoot Decking,' Fran DiSanti's 'a pennelo,' Dale and Susan Hofius' 'RailRyder,' and Jill Fosco's 'Makeup SomethingTM.' 'This year's semi-finalist contestants were by far the most professional, developed, and competitive pool of entries than years past,' said InnovationErie committee chair and patent attorney at MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton LLP, David Willoughby. 'The final round of judging in September will be very tough. We have four very-strong contestants that exemplify the spirit of our design competition. I am certain this year's grand-prize winner will go on to be successful in getting their business up and running.' The fourteen semi-finalists' designs are on view at the Erie Art Museum through August 31 in the Hagen Family Gallery. Visitors are invited to vote for the 'Best in Show,' who will receive a cash prize. Prizes include an opportunity to be featured in Martha Stewart Living, $10,000 to grow the winner's business, and more. Winners will be announced in October of this year.
