Every family has their secrets. Whether they should be shared - especially in a musical is another story. But there are many moments that make Goldstein the musical worthy of hearing.

GOLDSTEIN, the new musical about family, with music and lyrics by Michael Roberts and a book by Charlie Schulman, opened just last night at the Actors Temple Theatre (339 West 47 St -between 8th and 9th Avenues), where it is settled in for an open-ended run. The musical will open on Thursday, April 5th. GOLDSTEIN is directed by Brad Rouse, and choreographed by Sarah O'Gleby.

 The producers of IRVING BERLIN'S WHITE CHRISTMAS, the stage adaptation of the beloved classic film, have announced casting for the upcoming National Tour.   The show will star Sean Montgomery as 'Bob Wallace', Jeremy Benton as 'Phil Davis', Kerry Conte as 'Betty Haynes', and Kelly Sheehan as 'Judy Haynes'.  Also featured are Lorna Luft as 'Martha Watson', Conrad John Schuck as 'General Waverly', Dave Schoonover as 'Ralph Sheldrake', Aaron Galligan-Stierle as 'Mike Nulty', Frank Ridley as 'Ezekiel Foster', and Clancy and Samantha Penny as 'Susan Waverly'. The electric, near ecstatic atmosphere in Brunswick's Pickard Theater last night more closely resembled that of a rock concert than a theatre company opening. For months in advance, the sold out box office has signaled the joyful anticipation of Maine State Music Theatre's new production of Mamma Mia! - one of the first regionally for the blockbuster Broadway hit. But anticipation aside, it is the delivery here that is the story: a stunningly executed, intelligently staged, deliciously performed rendition of the 2001 long running ABBA musical that transformed the intimate Pickard Theater into a boisterous celebration.
