Known for her bubbly, charismatic spirit, Tierney Breedlove has performed regionally as an actress, singer, and dancer throughout the southeast, and now in Atlanta, GA. She was most recently seen as Nettie in The Color Purple at Red Mountain Theatre Company. Originally from Rock Hill, SC, she received a B.A. in Music and Theatre Arts, cum laude from Furman University. An Atlantic Acting School (NYC) alumna, Tierney has performed regionally in Birmingham, AL as Josephine in Big Fish and Alice in Mandela with Red Mountain Theatre and in Greenville, SC as Glinda/Aunt Em The Wiz, and Peep-Bo in The Hot Mikado at Glow Lyric Theatre. Other Credits: Glinda/Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz, and Rachel Isum in Play to Win at Birmingham Children’s Theatre. Favorite credits at Furman include, Pearl Payne in These Shining Lives, Paulina Shakespeare’s Winter’s Tale, and Rona Lisa Peretti in Spelling Bee). In her spare time, Tierney loves outdoor activities, staying fit, reading, learning something new, spending time with loved ones, being anything but normal, and doing the impossible! Big love to her family, friends, and God!

Cobb PARKS and the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre are presenting the recently closed Broadway hit CAROLINE, OR CHANGE, the fourth concert of their 2022 season. Featuring seventeen Atlanta actors and nine musicians, this marks the debut of CAROLINE, OR CHANGE in Atlanta.

The Horizon Theatre Announces THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME


Horizon Theatre Company is continuing its outstanding 35th Anniversary Season with one of the most critically acclaimed plays of the past decade, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. Winner of 7 Olivier Awards and 5 Tony Awards including 'Best Play,' the show brings Mark Haddon's beloved best-selling novel to thrilling life on stage, adapted by two-time Olivier Award-winning playwright Simon Stephens.  Horizon Theatre Company's Atlanta premiere starts performances September 20, 2019 (Press Opening September 27, 2019) and runs until October 27, 2019 at Horizon Theatre in Little Five Points/Inman Park (1083 Austin Avenue N.E., Atlanta, GA 30307)  Atlanta. This show is a co-production between Horizon Theatre Company and Aurora Theatre in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This production will move to Aurora for a run from January 9 through February 9, 2020. The play is sponsored in part by The Marcus Autism Center, a subsidiary of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and Osiason Educational Foundation.
