An actor for over 25 years, Deya has worked from Sierra Repertory Theatre in Sonora, California to The Bathhouse with Exchange Theatre in Seattle, Washington. She was a founding member of The Outfit Theatre Project, serving as Executive Press Secretary and Webmaster for it's debut season, and is currently a co-founding Board Member of Tacoma Shakespeare Company, (which will premiere it's first production in 2016), as well as a residient Affiliate Artist and Webmaster with Toy Boat Theatre Company under the Artistic Direction of Dr. Marilyn Bennett.
A multi-produced playwright, Deya is also a member of The Writer's Foundation, and has worked with many theatre festivals around the South Sound region. Published works include articles with On Demand Studios, AOL, and Associated Content, as well as ghost-blogging.
