The Triad is honored to welcome to its stage the original ‘Cathy' in ‘The Last 5 Years,' Lauren Kennedy (‘Spamalot), and fellow Broadway veterans Tituss Burgess (‘The Little Mermaid'), Stephanie Umoh (‘Ragtime'), Kristy Cates (‘Wicked'), Matt DeAngelis (‘Hair'), Ashley Kate Adams (‘La Cage aux Folles'), Emily Afton (‘Hair'), Ryah Nixon (‘9 to 5,' nat'l tour), and Trevor McQueen (‘Annie Get Your Gun') for a one-night-only concert featuring the music of Georgia Stitt and Jason Robert Brown to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids, with music direction by Benjamin Rauhala.

Jones-Executive Director) Rising Star Awards for Excellence in High School Musical Theatre have ignited the careers of many notable performers, all of whom attended high school in New Jersey. Among the early nominees and winners are Academy Award® nominee Anne Hathaway, and Tony® award winner Laura Benanti.
