Wagner College Theatre opens their 2014-15 Season with one of America's great musicals, Hello, Dolly! from October 1-12. Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the musical's Broadway premiere, the Wagner production is directed and choreographed by Broadway veteran Norb Joerder (WCT's Little Women) with musical direction by James Higgins (WCT's The Drowsy Chaperone).

Based on the book by Peter Yarrow and Lenny Lipton, this story follows a little boy named Jackie Paper, who befriends a magical dragon. The play promises wonderful adventures as the dragon takes Jackie on a trip to the land called 'Honah Lee.'

TYA Performs THE WIZ 3/12-3/15

TYA, Drama Learning Center's Teen Professional Company, will be performing The Wiz from March 12-15. A re-imaging of The Wizard of Oz, the musical follows Dorothy as she is swept away by a tornado to the Land of Oz. Dorothy learns the only way she can get home is to ?ease on down the road' to see the Wiz. This production features such memorable songs as Ease on Down, I Was Born on the Day Before Yesterday, No Bad News, and Home.
