The Allman Betts Family Revival kicked off its 7th year on November 25 in Saint Louis, MO. The first week of the star-studded tour wrapped up on the East Coast including a sellout at the Beacon in NYC where the Grammy-nominated Sierra Hull joined Devon Allman and Duane Betts for a trimmed-down spooky take on Allman Brothers 90's classic.

Actor, author and critically-acclaimed stand-up comedian Lewis Black returns to the McAninch Arts Center (MAC), located at 425 Fawell Blvd. on the campus of College of DuPage, Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 8 p.m. Black will rant on parents to politics in this engagement that is part of Black's "The Joke's on US Tour." Opening for Black will be special guest John Bowman. This show is recommended for mature audiences.

On May 2nd, The 52nd Street Project held their annual benefit, LAUGHING MATTERS, Kids' Stand-up, Adults Deliver at the Edison Ballroom in New York. The raucous sold-out event hosted by comedians Lewis Black and Kathleen Madigan, was The Project's most successful to date with over 350 people in attendance, raising funds for the Project's academic and artistic mentoring programming. The Project makes a difference in the lives of Hell's Kitchen (Clinton) kids by pairing them with theater professionals who mentor them through the creation of original theater. Asolo Rep's fifth annual Men Who Cook event, sponsored by Mattison's Restaurants & Catering, ABC 7 and Style magazine, will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 6pm at Mattison's Bayside at the Van Wezel. Spend a fun, casual evening with some of Sarasota and Bradenton's most well-respected men as they prepare a dinner filled with their favorite dishes for guests to enjoy. Chaired by Beverly Bartner, Judi Gallagher, Molly Schechter and Margaret Wise, Men Who Cook benefits Asolo Rep's 2014-15 season. This food extravaganza will also feature live music, a cocktail hour, old-fashioned cake auction, a table decor competition, and the Parade of Chefs.
