All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL), the real-life ball players portrayed in the film A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN, narrowly defeated local softball team 'Wings Over Syracuse' by a score of 15-14 this weekend. The fun filled event was celebrating the formation of their League nearly 70 years ago as well as the 20th anniversary of the movie which Sony is debuting on Blu-ray today, October 16.
