Rep. Judy Chu (CA-28) recently commended the Sierra Madre Playhouse as a leading 'Non-Profit of the Year' in the San Gabriel Valley, as community leaders gathered at 2023 Congressional Leadership of the Year Awards. This event recognizes the diverse leadership and volunteerism in the cities making up California's 28th Congressional District. Each of the honorees were selected from nominations submitted by members of their community.

Syfy set the stage for the second season premiere of its original hit drama series BEING HUMAN with an influencer campaign designed to bring the show's tagline 'Temptation is a Beast' to life. The campaign involved sending uniquely tailored 'temptation packages' to a select group of recipients including actor Neil Patrick Harris, noted entertainment blogger Perez Hilton and Bravo's Andy Cohen.

On Friday January 13, Times Square Chronicles, MEDEA Vodka, and Columbus Circle Wines and Spirits launched Charities to Benefit, an innovative initiative to bring light to the charities of choice of a number of our favorite celebrities. Each bottle of MEDEA will be programmed with a special LED message and autographed by a celebrity. The bottles will be auctioned off online starting February 1st. Charities to Benefit will be a year long initiative with new celebrities and new charities added every few weeks.

Block will join the Tony Award winning company of Anything Goes performing the role of 'Reno Sweeney' while Sutton Foster is filming the television pilot, Bunheads, for 3 weeks in November. Specific dates have been announced today and Block will officially be stepping into the role November 4 through November 22.
