BIO

Eric Micha Holmes is a dramatist whose work has been produced by Audible (RAPTURE SEASON), The BBC (CARE INC.), The National Black Theatre (MONDO TRAGIC), and The Apollo (COLOR THEORY). WALKING NEXT TO MICHAEL BROWN has been produced internationally with the award-winning HANDS UP: 7 PLAYWRIGHTS | 7 TESTAMENTS (The New Black Fest/Sam French). His latest play, YEAR OF THE GOAT, was developed through the Dorothy Strelsin New American Writers Group at Primary Stages. Residencies and fellowships include: Space at Ryder Farm, Djerassi Artist Residency, The Dramatist Guild Fellowship, and the 'IAm Soul' Playwright's Residency at The National Black Theatre. DECENTERED PLAYWRITING, an anthology on the craft of intercultural playwriting, was published by Routledge Press—second edition forthcoming. ericmichaholmes.com
