FST Announces Spelman Award Recipient at 'Shakespeare's Shindig'

Florida Studio Theatre (FST) is proud to announce this year's recipients of the Spelman Award: Arnold Simonsen and Ronda Montminy. Named in honor of FST's founding Artistic Director, Jon Spelman, the Spelman Award is presented to an individual or corporate sponsor who has demonstrated extraordinary leadership by providing FST with spiritual, financial, and/or in-kind support.

After a successful ten week run, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Music and lyrics by William Finn; Book by Rachel Sheinkin; Conceived by Rebecca Feldman; Additional material by Jay Reiss) will extend for an eleventh week at Florida Studio Theatre's Keating Theatre, January 26 to January 29, 2010.
