Dana Kreitz BIO

Dana Kreitz was born in Los Angeles, CA to parents Rachel and Kevin. She grew up all over California; her mother was a music teacher and singer, so Dana was always exposed to rehearsals and at performances. She decided she loved performing when she was in San Marcos Community Theatre's production of Bye Bye Birdie.

In 2005 moved to Las Vegas, NV with her family, and after high school Dana received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Stage & Screen Acting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she also met her husband, actor Griffin Stanton-Ameisen. In 2011 Dana moved to Philadelphia with her husband, where she worked professionally at a number of regional theaters and also began making a career in commercials independent films.

In 2014, Dana moved to New York City to seek out new opportunities, and since arriving has appeared in numerous theatrical productions and independent films.

Yangtze Repertory Theatre To Present ROMULUS THE GREAT


Yangtze Repertory Theatre (Chongren Fan, Artistic Director; Sally Shen, Executive Director) announces a new production of Romulus the Great, by Friedrich Durrenmatt, based on the translation by Gerhard Nellhaus, directed by Chongren Fan. With performances beginning on Thursday, June 7th at the TBG Theatre (312 West 36thStreet, 3F), Romulus The Great will celebrate it's opening night on Saturday, June 9, and will play through Saturday, June 23.
