YoungArts has announced the nominees for the 2024 U.S. Presidential Scholars in the Arts, one of the nation's highest honors for high school students who exemplify artistic and academic excellence.

The 2024 YoungArts Award winners have been revealed, recognizing the most accomplished young artists from across the United States.

Clive Chang, President of YoungArts, the national foundation for the advancement of artists, today announced significant new additions to the organization’s executive team. Lauren Slone joins YoungArts as Senior Director, Artistic Programs, and Emily Waters joins YoungArts in the newly created role of Senior Director, Innovation and Impact.

Music Academy of the West announces the appointment of Casey Molino Dunn to the administration's Artistic Operations department in the role of Vice President of Innovation and Program Development. His responsibility will be to oversee the execution and expansion of a year-round Innovation Institute comprised of annual Alumni Enterprise Awards, a five-day Innovation Residential, Summer School and Festival curriculum, and Fast Pitch Awards. His focus will be the creation of career-launching opportunities and professional development for all Academy fellows and alumni, as well as teaching as a faculty artist.
