THAT THING CALLED LOVE at Pangea

What's caused wars and brought down civilizations,

yet connects us all and makes us human?

THAT THING CALLED LOVE

Pangea Presents

Broadway Veteran Ken Ard & Piano Virtuoso Mark Berman

Seasoned Broadway performer & Jazz Singer Ken Ard, Cats, Starlight Express, Song & Dance, Jelly's Last Jam & Smokey Joe's Cafe, puts his own very special spin on amour in this pre-Valentines Day exploration of Love and its many feels.

"It was Ken Ard’s master class in vocals and performing that was the highlight of the evening. Ard let loose in a jazz vocal that was at times playful, others showy, but always appropriate. He becomes the embodiment of the music negotiating working the audience and working the musical phrases with a virtuosity rarely seen. If cabarets tend to be hit or miss, this one was definitely a hit." Cabaret Scene Magazine

"Ken Ard sings with star powered vocals" Billboard Magazine

Ard emulates and evokes all the great baritones of the jazz era without imitating them" Chicago Tribune

"Mr. Ard radiates and mesmerizes" Daily Variety

"Breathtaking!, Fantastic!, He rises above the ordinary" Syndicated Best Bets Chicago
