Iona University: Rosary Sonatas Concert at Sommer Center Hall

Join classically trained organist, Fr. Vaughn Fayle PhD, professor in religious studies and in music, Dr Edward W. Hardy (Violin) and Iona student, Markus Fakhry (cello), for this new transcription of the sorrowful mysteries, sponsored by the Iona Office of Mission & Ministry and the Iona Performing Arts Council. The concert, which will be one of the first concerts to feature the 1982 Jaekel baroque pipe organ in the auditorium on the Iona Bronxville campus, will be interspersed with readings and reflections by Iona students. Refreshments and light fare will be served.
