FUNNY NEVER GETS OLD Created by Carole Montgomery Funny Women of a Certain Age is a show straight from the unfettered mouths and uninhibited minds of the funniest, most daring, most experienced people in comedy: the women that have seen it all. They've raised children both on and off the road, having club bouncers watch their babies while onstage. These women have stayed in comedy condos where you don't want to use a black light on anything. They've been told women aren't funny and asked to trade sexual favors for work. Just recently filmed for television. This groundbreaking special makes history by featuring 6 female comics over the age of 50.Trust us, they have A LOT to say & they say it hysterically. This rotating cast of women are knocking down the walls of ageism AND sexism one joke at a time. Starring Felicia Michaels, Bernadette Pauley, Roz Browne and Cathy Ladman. Special guests TBA

FRIGID New York @ Horse Trade in association with Manhattan Theatre Source will present the 2019 EstroGenius Festival, the longest running festival celebrating the work of women and gender non-conforming artists in NYC. Begun in Manhattan Theatre Source in 2000 as a short-play festival, the festival has launched and supported hundreds of artists in its 19 years. In 2017 the festival moved to its new home at The Kraine Theatre on E. 4th St.
