Any Ordinary Day is a comedic drama based on a true story; some elements have been fictionalized for dramatic effect. Mr. Bass and his nephew James, love to fish and they love to argue. In fact arguing is their love language. This play looks at the bond between a 72-year-old African-American man and his 65-year-old nephew. This bond is tested when Mr. Bass discovers a secret that James has been keeping. A heartwarming story that is intended to make you both laugh and cry.
