Tere O’Connor returns to New York Live Arts for a special two-week engagement celebrating his 40 years of choreographic work. The program features a remount of his first dance, Construct-A-Guy (1984), alongside the world premiere of his latest ensemble piece, The Lace. Tim Bendernagel will perform Construct-A-Guy, with the new work showcasing six accomplished dancers including Heather Olson and Natalie Green. The engagement will also include a discussion session with O’Connor, moderated by Chrysa Parkinson, offering insights into his creative process.
