NextStage Theatre Company is seeking actor/singers for NEW MUSICAL MONDAY: a monthly showcase that features two-four songs (depending on length) from three dynamic new musical theatre pieces. Submissions are now being accepted for actor/singers to perform these works on the final Monday of months January-April 2021. All applicants should feel comfortable learning music by ear, over Zoom and on your own. NextStage is accepting submissions through January 15, 2021. This pool of audition submissions will be used to cast NEW MUSICAL MONDAY performances throughout the first four months of the year. If selected, you will be required to self-tape songs from your home. The shows will livestream on the final Monday of every month between January - April.
In order to be considered, you must fill out the Google Form https://forms.gle/TQGZBSYaMSxFqqT3A and submit a headshot, resume and video audition, no longer than 2 minutes in length, of a contemporary Broadway song to tyler@nextstageco.com no later than January 15, 2021.
All performers will split a majority share of ticket sales and 100% of the NextStage performer tip jar.
