We need to find our lead actor ASAP. This is a really wonderful new work that offers a complicated and beautifully written lead male character. From the writer:
"This is a play about people who come into our lives and change it forever. It’s not a love story, but it is a story about acts of love. There are times that our roads cross paths with someone and the very experience alters our trajectory. I don’t believe in happy endings but I do believe in the power of love and I’m convinced that to give and receive acts of love are greater than anything else in the world."
BRINT - Lead, Caucasian Male, late 20s to early 30s, Rough neck... that's what they call men like Brint who work under highly dangerous conditions out in the oil fields. Driven to excess in drink, Brint struggles to deal with his personal issues like a relationship he destroyed, a child who needs a father, and meeting possibly the love of his life, who really should go to Nashville to pursue her dreams of being a singer. Brint is taciturn, charming, and definitely defensive but also a very fragile young man who can't forgive himself, which has led to the alienation of so many from his life.

Show Dates:
September 16, 17, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30 and October 1st
Fri/Sat -8pm, One Sunday matinee - 2pm, and one Monday night 7:30pm
Pay: $250, this is non-union
