The Theatre Group at SBCC invites
Actors to submit casting information for upcoming season.
The Theatre Group at SBCC will celebrate our return to full production after a lengthy, $20 million renovation of our venues, the Garvin and Jurkowitz Theatres. In preparation for the upcoming season that begins in summer of 2012, we are inviting actors to submit headshots and resumes for future casting consideration.
The Theatre Group at SBCC (formerly SBCC Theatre Group) is the oldest active theatre company in the Santa Barbara region with a long history of artistic excellence. We work with union and non-union actors and present a wide-ranging season of five productions that generally include a musical, contemporary dramas and comedies, as well as classical plays. Our season runs from summer through spring each year. For the 2012-2013 season, starting in July 2012, we will be presenting AVENUE Q!, AUGUST:OSAGE COUNTY, BECKY’S NEW CAR, A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM and a 5thproduction, still pending royalties, to be announced.
