Please bring one 64 bar song that best shows off your voice and a 2nd contrasting
selection incase the Artistic Team requests to hear more.
Please bring sheet music in your key. An accompanist will be provided.

CAST OF CHARACTERS

PINKALICIOUS: a 8-10 year old girl (adult to play), with lots of youthful energy
that learns that more is not always better, learns self-control, and learns the power of pink.

PETER (her brother): age 6-8 (adult to play) secretly desires to enjoy pink like his sister and to express himself creatively; earns the right to play with pink toys and to enjoy life's silver lining by expressing himself freely. Also plays a Butterfly

MRS. PINKERTON (her mother): mid 30's, learns to be less rigid and less busy; finds her inner girl; learns to enjoy sweets. Also plays a Butterfly

MR. PINKERTON (her father): mid/late 30's, learns to be less close-minded and strict; forbids Peter to play with pink toys; later permits Peter to express himself even if it involves pink, admires Pinkalicious for her love of pink, and even wears pink clothes himself. Also plays a tap dancing cupcake and the Bird.

DR. WINK: her pediatrician and doubles as Alison

ALISON (her friend): learns not to be jealous, that the grass is not always greener on the other side. doubles as Dr Wink.

Ensemble Female #1 -plays several roles: including Dr Wink, Alison, tap Dancing Cupcake, Bee and understudies both Pink and Mrs Pinkerton
