Auditions for the 2012 Richmond Shakespeare Festival will be held on
- Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 1-4 p.m. and
- Sunday, March 18, 2012 from 3-7 p.m.
at the Advantech Building, located across 5th Street from Penny Lane Pub at 501 East Franklin St, Richmond, VA 23219.
All ages and types are sought for productions of:
CYMBELINE, directed by Tlaloc Rivas
Performance dates, Thursday-Sunday, June 7 - July 1, 2012
and
THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR, directed by Shirley Kagan
Performance dates, Thursday-Sunday, July 5 - 29, 2012

The 2012 Richmond Shakespeare Festival will be held at the beautiful
Agecroft Hall, one of the most interesting museums in the world. Originally constructed in Lancashire England in 1485, the building was carefully dismantled, crated and shipped across the Atlantic in the 1920's----and reconstructed overlooking the beautiful James River valley in Richmond. Performances are held in the courtyard just as Shakespeare's actors would have done when on tour away from London.
