Into the Woods. a musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine, weaves together several fractured fairy tales into a single narrative that presents a more realistic view of fairy tales, exploring themes of loss, betrayal, and the complexities of human relationships.

Throuch innovative storytelling with memorable music and lyrics, the story follows a childless baker and his wife who seek to break a curse by the witch next door, who has also cursed them. Their journey through the woods intersects with the stories of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel, all of whom are also pursuing their own wishes.
