Pontine Theatre presents its two-person staging of Donald Hall's story, Christmas Snow, Nov 25 to Dec 4. Performances are scheduled for Fridays @7pm, Saturdays @3pm and Sundays @2pm. An original staging of Donald Hall’s Christmas Snow, published in The New Yorker Magazine in December 1964. In the story, Hall recounts a holiday trip to Eagle Pond Farm, his grandfather’s home in Wilmot New Hampshire in 1938, when he was ten years old. This memoir blends reminiscences, anecdotes and vignettes that capture continuity of family and the quiet delights of rural life. Supported by grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts.
