Founded in Fall 2021, the NH Jazz Orchestra is dedicated to connecting talented regional musicians with audiences who appreciate the vibrancy and tradition of big band jazz. Led by acclaimed Music Director, Clayton “Skip” Poole – a seasoned veteran with over 45 years of experience in the big band business working with literally the best headliners and musicians in the world, gives him a unique perspective and knowledge which he shares with both the ensemble and its audiences alike to create a one-of-a-kind experience for all involved. Beyond high-caliber performances, the orchestra is committed to supporting music education through collaborative residencies across New Hampshire and live shows throughout Greater New England.
