Due to popular demand, Tennessee Repertory Theatre has added even more performances of the multiple Tony Award-winning musical Cabaret with book and lyrics by Joe Masteroff and Fred Ebb and music by John Kander. Performances have been added on Tuesday, March 12 and Wednesday, March 13. Cabaret runs through March 16 at TPAC's Johnson Theater.

When radio station representatives, record executives, and performers gather in Nashville for the Country Radio Seminar (CRS) February 27 - March 1, among many up-and-coming musical groups vying for attention will be Jetset Getset. The teen band, recently named by the Country Music Association on the list of 'Who New to Watch in 2013,' will perform at the historic Tootsie's Orchid Lounge on Friday, March 1, from noon until 2:00 p.m.

Just in time for Valentine's Day, Street Theatre Company opens its 2013 season with two special performances of Love Letters. Love Letters by A. R. Gurney was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The play is a unique and imaginative theatre piece that is comprised of letters exchanged over a lifetime between two people who grew up together, went their separate ways, but continued to share confidences. Evocative, touching, frequently funny, as the actors read the letters aloud, they chronicle over nearly 50 years of hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, victories and defeats that have passed between them throughout their separated lives.
