A new documentary theater piece by Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen, directed by Blank and produced in association with The Public Theater. Told in Minnesotans' own words, it explores the impact of Operation Metro Surge, the presence of an estimated 3,000 ICE agents in Minnesota, addressing the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti and the collective community response that followed. The play was created from interviews with more than 40 Minnesotans, including clergy, doctors, teachers, union leaders and police officers, with 16 individuals' stories featured.
