At All Cost, created by Rashida Costa, tells the poignant story of Wray Edmond, a black soldier who, after World War II, faces the harsh realities of being denied his GI Bill benefits. Set in 1945, the narrative explores Edmond's struggles as he seeks prosperity for his family, ultimately purchasing a casino while battling discrimination and redlining. This historical piece invites audiences to reflect on the experiences of soldiers of color and the broader societal challenges they faced. The production will premiere at the Lake Worth Playhouse on June 28 and June 29, 2025.
