The Masterworks Chorus of the Palm Beaches will present a concert titled An American Songbook Review, marking a transition in leadership as Dr. Bryan Ijames takes over as artistic director from Ken Taylor, who has guided the chorus for 15 years. Dr. Ijames, an accomplished conductor and music educator, aims to enhance the chorus's repertoire and community engagement. Accompanying the choir will be renowned organist Adam J. Brakel, further enriching the performance experience. This concert represents not only a celebration of American music but also the beginning of a new chapter for the ensemble.
