Tomorrow, March 24, Atlanta's 11th Circuit Court of Appeal will consider a lawsuit challenging the USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service for continuing to renew Miami Seaquarium's exhibition license for Lolita the orca, despite evidence of noncompliance with the Animal Welfare Act (AWA). The 11th Circuit hearing is scheduled for 9 AM on Tuesday, March 24, at the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building in downtown Miami.

The Lake Worth Playhouse is proud to announce a new scholarship made possible by Support Dance, Inc. In conjunction with Support Dance, Inc. the Playhouse will provide a scholarship to assist a deserving student who plans to pursue higher education in the fine arts (including dance, theatre, and backstage/production tech). Scholarship candidates must participate in at least one Lake Worth Playhouse production whether as a performer or member of the crew.

The sold out crowd at the Motown in Motion concert were tapping,clapping, swinging, and moving along pretty good to recreations of the great sounds of Tina Turner, The Supremes, The Temptations, Michael Jackson, The Four Tops, Stevie Wonder and all the other great Motown Artists.
