The Memphis Development Foundation (MDF), the nonprofit organization that operates The Orpheum Theatre and the new Halloran Centre for Performing Arts & Education, proudly announces the addition of four new members to its prestigious Board of Directors:

· John Bobango Chief Manager/Partner, Farris Bobango, PLC

· Doug Browne President, Peabody Hotels & Resorts

· Kevin McEniry CEO, nexAir

· Brian Sullivan Principal and CEO, Sullivan Branding

President & CEO Brett Batterson says, "Our Board members continue to amaze me with their dedication to the Memphis performing arts. The theatre's board has always consisted of the most prominent and philanthropic Memphians. These newest members are no exception to that trend, and we are honored to welcome them to the team."

The Foundation also announces its newly elected officers. The Executive Committee includes the following members:

· Andy Taylor (Chairman) Partner, Gerber/Taylor

· Bill Stegbauer (Treasurer) Local Business Owner

· Robert DelPriore (Secretary) Executive Vice President and General Counsel, MAA

· Robert Cox (Chair Elect) Shareholder, Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C.

· George Alvord (At Large Officer) CEO, AEGCorp

· Philip Gould (At Large Officer) President, Gould's Salons/Spas

· Suzanne Landers (At Large Officer) Sr. Lawyer, The Landers Firm

· Jim Wiertelak (At Large Officer) Vice Chairman, Sedgwick (retired)

· Ricky Busey (At Large Officer) Vice President of Human Resource and Community Affairs, Caesars Mid-South

· Keri Gage (At Large Officer) Senior Vice President, UBS

MDF Board Members serve two year terms and are eligible to serve three consecutive terms.
