When the conservative American, Ethan, moves into a run-down flat on the wrong side of London, he gets more than he bargained for. He is soon introduced to the weird and wonderful tenants, from the the blunt landlady Ms. Wong, to the bizarre hippie girl Afternoon, the moody sarcastic grad student Cat, and the eccentric thespian Lord Vallen.

While these misfit neighbours keep Ethan’s flat ever-busy with their antics, the real drama begins when Ethan is introduced to Horace his flap-jaw, philosophical, homicidal couch.
