In The Balance at The Sherry Theater

Matt and Cass seem to have it all: a beautiful house overlooking the ocean at Big Sur and a new baby.  Still, what should be an idyllic and happy time isn’t.  Matt, a successful college professor who almost always knows how to get what he wants, feels lost as a father and Cass, a dancer suddenly feels off balance. A late-night knock at the door brings Kostya, Matt's estranged best friend college roommate and his mystical young girlfriend from Mexico. Soon, the foursome initiate a terrifying game that threatens to topple their sense of reality.  What really happened to Diane, Matt's late wife and why does she still make her presence felt in the house? What role did Kostya play in her grisly demise? Can the ghosts that linger and appear in the house provide answers? Will anyone survive? And why doesn't the baby ever cry?
