A family-friendly animated biographical film inspired by the childhood of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, directed by Karine Vézina and André Kadi. Suitable for viewers ages seven and up, it follows a vibrant, free-spirited young girl in Coyoacán, Mexico, whose world is challenged by illness and physical limitation. The film traces how Frida uses imagination, art and resilience to reclaim her voice and body, celebrating art as healing and strength as imaginative. It was adapted from the book Frida, c'est moi by Sophie Faucher and Cara Carmina.
