HAIRSPRAY, presented by 5-Star Theatricals, is set to take the stage from October 10 to October 26, 2025, at the Scherr Forum Theatre in Thousand Oaks. This vibrant musical features music by Marc Shaiman and follows the story of Tracy Turnblad, a teenager with dreams of dancing on a local TV show in 1962 Baltimore. As Tracy rises to fame, she becomes an advocate for social change and integration, embodying the spirit of the era through catchy 1960s dance music and an engaging storyline.
