Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre Group proudly presents the world premiere of Dirk Voetberg’s episodic superhero comedy, THE GUY MAN & MAUREEN: The Power Sort of Awakens.

The hysterical hour-long show revolves around the small, Midwestern town exploits of Guy Man – the somewhat-lovable middle-aged, hard-drinking, always-bickering, and mulleted superhero – and his lesbian/trans single-parent sidekick Maureen, and their joint struggle to be seen and respected in today’s America.

Come experience this hilarious romp with a plethora of riotously fun local characters, complete with high-tech/low-fi visuals and throw-back retro commercials!
