Vocal Phenom Brighton Thomas
to perform at Vitello’s One Night Only
LOS ANGELES, CA, Monday, October 16, 2017 — Vocal prodigy, Brighton Thomas, is set to perform one-night only at Vitello’s in Studio City, CA on Friday, November 10, 2017.
Her one woman show will review some of the most inspiring and meaningful songs of her performing career thus far.
Thomas, a recent graduate of John Burroughs High School, won the Jerry Herman Award for Best Actress in Los Angeles. She went on to represent Los Angeles at the 2017 National High School Musical Theater Awards, "The Jimmys”, on Broadway presented annually by the Nederlander Theatre and Hollywood Pantages organizations.
Thomas was also selected as the prestigious winner of the 2016 Great American Songbook Youth Ambassador at Michael Feinstein's Great American Songbook Academy. As Ambassador, she was invited to perform a one week engagement with Michael Feinstein at his renowned 54 Below venue in New York City with his A Holiday to Remember show, as well as the Songbook Academy AllStar Concert at the Palladium in Carmel, IN. She also appeared on the televised American Songbook Special hosted by Michael Feinstein at NJPAC.
She has also been honored for her vocal talents as a finalist in the Music Center’s 29th annual Spotlight program, where she performed her show-stopping “Happy Days are Here Again” at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.
