"Play On - A Play by Rick Abbott" at Cultural Park Theater

Robin Murray, a Chicago native, is very excited to be portraying the part of Phyllis in this production of Play On. Robin caught the acting bug in fourth grade, where she was Witch Grundy, in Witch Grundy and the Magic Cape. Robin’s more recent theatre experiences include, Lab Theater- Calendar Girls, 5 Kinds of Silence, Last Days of Judas Iscariot, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, On Golden Pond and at the Phoenix Theater- Marvin’s Room, and Inspecting Carol.

Deanne Boozer is a Florida native. This is her third season at Cultural Park Theater. She had performed in Urinetown: The Musical!; Wake Me at Midnight; Little Shop of Horrors; A Visit to a Small Planet; and Mama Won't Fly. She enjoys the friendships that sharing the stage with others brings.

Laura LeRoy, a Wisconsin native, is excited to be part of the show because she usually does musicals or musical revues. Since joining the Cultural Park Theatre family in 2020 she has been in "Jersey Girls", the Spectacular Christmas Revue and The Reveille Revue. Prior to joining Cultural Park, she was in numerous other shows including Hello Dolly, It's a Wonderful Life, Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, The Sound of Music, and Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

Laurie Strum has been the costume mistress at Cultural Park Theater for many years. She, along with her team, are responsible for creating all the costumes and accessories needed by actors in our productions.
