Please prepare a short monologue from a contemporary play; either realism or dramatic/nonrealism. If you play any instruments, please feel free to bring it and play us a tune. Also please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.

DE'LOR'IS (From Rickérby half-completed play Duppy Chile) - 40s, African-American by birth, Latina-Hondureña by heritage. Her incomplete play is the reason we're here in the first place. She/her. Able to Perform Spoken Word/Hip Hop and SINGS. Doubles as ANDROMEDA.
RA (From Rickérby's Hip Hop Opera Keep Hedz Ringin') - A Demigod / Record Label Owner inhabiting a World of Music. Able to Perform Spoken Word/Hip Hop. He/him. Doubles as COREY.
HARRIET (From Rickérby's play Straight From Tha Underground) - 30s, African-American by birth, formerly enslaved Underground Railroad Conductor. She/her.
DOWN (From Rickérby's play Blackballin') - Peak athletic age Black quarterback. He/him. Doubles as NASH.
MYEISHA MILLS (From Rickérby's play Dreamscape) - 19. African-American. She/her. Able to perform Spoken Word and Hip Hop Dance.
KIQUE (From Rickérby's play Birthmark) - Afro-Caribbean turned Afro-American. He/him. Speaks Spanish. Doubles as MIGUELITO and B-BOY.
VOICE OF GOD - Speaks Spanish. Looking for Judeo-Christian version of God sounding voice. And if you’re atheist or agnostic just think Morgan Freeman. Never appears onstage.
