Issac - Black, man. Sometimes 17, sometimes 19, sometimes 25, most recently 36. A spirit. A memory. Kendra’s brother. Maya’s son. Nia’s father. Ember’s husband.

Nia - Black, woman. 15. A curious child. Nearly adult. Preceptive. Quiet. Disappears easily. Ember and Issac’s daughter. Kendra’s niece. Maya’s granddaughter.

Ember - Black, woman. 36. A leaf in the wind. Grew up in the South West. Issac’s wife. Nia’s mother. CAST.

Maya - Black, woman. 60s. A true matriarch. A mother. Effortlessly regal. Kendra and Issac’s mother. Nia’s grandmother. CAST.
