Equity chorus singers in HOOD.

5 ENSEMBLE MEMBERS - 20s, any ethnicity. 1 Soprano, 2 Altos, 1 Tenor, 1 Baritone/Bass. Part of an enthusiastic, athletic, versatile company who will play multiple roles including Gamble Gold, Fleetwood, villagers, peasants, aristocracy, soldiers, courtiers, etc. – Playing an instrument is helpful to know. Possess comic ability, personality and versatility in the spirit of an inventive company of creative performers.

All must possess comic ability, big personalities, and versatility. Every person plays multiple parts besides their main role (peasants, townspeople, aristocracy, courtiers, soldiers, etc.). All should read in their twenties, the earlier the better. It’s a cast we should fall in love with. All must be able to hold harmony parts and must be comfortable learning how to handle puppets and performing dance choreography and musical staging.

PREPARATION

Please prepare a short cut of a pop/rock or contemporary musical theatre song that shows off your range. A piano accompanist will be provided. Also, please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.
