Equity chorus dancers (female characters) for roles in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.

[FEMALE ENSEMBLE] Females, 20s-50s. Singers and dancers to play a variety of roles, including: SHANDEL Motel’s protective mother.

FRUMA-SARAH A ghostly depiction of the late wife of Lazar Wolf as depicted in Tevye’s dream. High belt/mix

GRANDMA TZEITEL, Ghost of Golde’s grandmother who appears to Tevye in a dream. DAUGHTERS and MAMAS of the Shtetl.

May also understudy principal roles.

Jewish identifying actors are encouraged to attend.

PREPARATION

Please be prepared to dance at the appointed time, in character shoes. Please prepare a short cut of a musical theatre song in case asked to sing, and bring a picture/resume, stapled.
