Francine/Lena: Francine: Female, 30’s, African-American, Mother, housemaid to Bev and Russ, 1959/Lena: Female, 30’s, African American, married to Kevin, determined and strong, 2009.

Season’s Greetings, by Alan Ayckbourn

Seeking:

Bernard (ROLE CAST): a feeble-spirited doctor, with strong views on non-violence. Every year he creates an elaborate puppet show for the children, which he fondly imagines they enjoy (though they actually hate it).

Phyllis (ROLE CAST): Bernard’s lush of a wife, whom Bernard struggles to support.

Neville (ROLE CAST): Phyllis’s brother, always busy fiddling with anything mechanical out in his shed.

Belinda (ROLE CAST): endures a stale marriage to Neville, resorting to flapping about the house and constantly dressing the Christmas tree.

Eddie: a lackluster and lazy man who tried to strike out on his own but failed, sucks up to his friend Neville for work.

Pattie: Eddie’s pregnant wife, largely ignored, and can only nag at him.

Rachel (ROLE CAST): Belinda’s emotionally fuddled sister.

Clive: a writer, in a non-starter of a relationship with Rachel.

Harvey (ROLE CAST): Neville and Phyllis's uncle, a cantankerous man who boasts about thirty years' experience as a security officer, bemoans the collapse of society whilst himself gorging on TV violence, much to Bernard's annoyance.

Mario Bones Bonino (ROLE CAST): Male, Caucasian, Late 30's, early 40's. Working-class, 2nd generation Italian American, bar owner.


Andy Warhol: Male, White, The iconic artist at 18, while a sophomore at Carnegie Tech University in Pittsburgh.
